Clearly Invincible’s Mentorship Programme: Equipping Nigerian Fashion Founders for Strategic Growth

At Clearly Invincible, we understand the realities of building a fashion brand in Nigeria, the grit it takes, the gaps in knowledge and infrastructure, and the dreams that often stall due to lack of access or support. Our Membership Programme is designed to close that gap by offering a practical, strategic, and accessible way for Nigerian-based fashion entrepreneurs to get the mentorship they need to move forward confidently and clearly.
Launched in response to the many entrepreneurs who couldn’t afford Clearly Invincible flat rates in 2024 due to the economic climate, the programme caters to two key groups: emerging founders at the ideation phase, and growing brands who are 1+ years in and ready to refine their operations, administration, and customer experience.
Through a robust mentorship structure, we deliver real-time, hands-on support that moves beyond vague inspiration. Every member receives both group sessions for collaborative learning and weekly 1:1 consultations for focused, personalised growth. Over the course of 7 weeks to 6 months (depending on the package selected), members will walk away with a refined business plan, a detailed brand audit, and strategic insights to build and sustain a fashion business that is intentional, efficient, and competitive.
The programme covers:
Fashion Business Fundamentals: Understanding the African fashion market, identifying your niche, and developing a strong business model.
Business Planning & Administration: With the support of financial and operations professionals, members learn budgeting, accounting, and how to streamline processes.
Branding & Storytelling: We help founders develop authentic narratives and visual identities that attract and retain customers through marketing.
Garment Production & Quality Control: Including access to vetted Nigerian and international manufacturers.
Customer Experience: Ensuring that service delivery matches the brand’s values and promise.Two membership packages are available:
Package 1 – Group Essentials (₦850,000) Designed for those who want structure and accountability. It includes 7 weekly 1-hour group sessions, weekly 20-minute 1-on-1 sessions, recorded materials, and access to templates and checklists.
Package 2 – Premium Partnership (₦1,500,000) A more immersive experience, this includes everything in Package 1, plus an extended three-month consultation period, a full brand audit, access to our network of manufacturers, and exclusive invitations to Clearly Invincible’s private events and webinars.
Members are grouped based on where they are in their journey. Group A consists of founders with operational businesses looking to scale. Group B is tailored for early-stage founders who are still developing their concept or brand.
With flexible payment options and a structured yet practical curriculum that includes seasoned agents at C.I. As well as experts in the Nigerian fashion industry, our goal is to help fashion entrepreneurs in Nigeria build long-lasting brands rooted in clarity, driven by purpose, and supported by community.
